How Payment Works

1. Book & Pay

Complete your assessment and pay the consultation fee securely online. We do not charge for medication.

2. Doctor Consult

Speak with an Australian-registered doctor via video. They will assess your condition and write a script if appropriate.

3. Buy Meds at Pharmacy

Take your E-Script token (SMS) to any pharmacy (Chemist Warehouse, Priceline, etc.) to buy your medication.

Note: We are a telehealth platform, not a pharmacy. We do not sell or supply medication. You will pay the pharmacy separately for your medication. Medication costs vary by pharmacy and product.
